Full Time Centre Manager (Falkirk)

Excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a fun, adrenaline packed atmosphere as a Manager at our Karting / Escape Game Over centre in Larbert (this role will require occasional cover shifts at our Newbridge centre so travel flexibility is required!)

Salary Band £10 wage plus depending on experience

Responsibilities include:
Overall responsibility and management of track and reception area ensuring a 5 star customer service, including the safety and enjoyment for customers during their visit to the activity.

Managing / Directing race events or practice sessions (including delivering safety briefings) and upselling our products to customers.
This role will involve marshalling on track / in the pit area during race events as required.
Ensuring centre is safe and clean.
Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers.
Delivering various event safety briefing’s to various groups sizes and reading results for presentations.

Key skills:
Able to work in a fast paced customer facing environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Using computers to assign customers / reading indemnity forms to ensure safety standards are met.
A good level of health & fitness as role can be physically demanding. Full training will be given.

This role is based on working approx 35-39.5 hrs per week at our Larbert centre however as stated above flexibility will be required to allow cover at our Newbridge centre if needed, so please ensure you have considered how you will travel to each centre before applying! The role will involve flexible shift patterns (we need flexibility especially at present!) that are predominantly based Wednesday to Sunday at present, so this role will require working Saturdays / Sundays initially as we are currently working restricted days as we start back up after closing for COVID19, however we expect to return to 7 days a week opening when hours will return to 5 days out of 7 with one day at a weekend normal.
