New Private Events Room

NEW – Now available at XK Edinburgh!

We have a private events room available for hire at our Edinburgh centre, allowing a private space to catch up / relax or enjoy our delicious pizza options!

Coming v soon – Whilst in the room you will be able to keep up to date with a live race result display / live video footage of the track!

Private Event Space from £75 per hire for a 2 hour duration (off peak £75 / peak £100, timings to be agreed)

At present any enquiries or booking requests for the events room have to be through emailing info@xtremekarting.co.uk , please ensure you detail the centre required / time / date of the proposed booking, the session type, approx number and whether pizza would be required.

When using this room we will allow a celebration cake to be brought into the events room if desired (please note that candles / fireworks etc are not allowed, please see T+C below)

  • The room will be available at times mutually agreed at the rate of £75 per 2 hour period (strictly applied)
  • Xtreme Karting will supply the room only unless the pizza package is selected (pizza package does not include drinks, drinks available to purchase at reception)
  • Customers may bring a cake if required however cannot bring in any additional food / drinks / party poppers etc
  • NB No Candles/fireworks etc are allowed on the birthday cake to comply with our Fire Risk Assessment
  • Adult supervision of the party room must be maintained throughout, if any inappropriate behaviour is observed then Xtreme Karting reserves the right to cancel the event booking without refund and close the room
  • No decoration of the room is allowed eg banners etc
  • It would be appreciated if all rubbish / food / drinks etc could be disposed of carefully afterwards.
