Room Hire Pricing

💷 From £25 per 60-minute slot

First Hour: £25 Additional Hours £15

➕ Book “additional hours” online if you need longer use of the room  (up to a max of 3 hours total).

Please note: The room must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking to allow cleaning between hires.

Pizza Options

🍕 9″ pizzas available at £8 each

Choose from Chicago Town Double Pepperoni, Triple Cheese or Meat Feast.

NB This will shortly change to:

🍕 12″ pizzas available at £12.50 each

Choose from a mix of Margherita, Salami and BBQ Chicken.

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to add room hire or pizza.

Important Information

  • The room is available only for the booked time period.
  • Room hire and pizza must be prebooked at least 24 hours in advance.
  • You may bring a celebration cake, but no additional food or drinks.
  • No candles, fireworks, party poppers or room decorations are permitted.
  • No decoration of the room is allowed eg banners etc
  • Adult supervision of the room must be maintained throughout, if any inappropriate behaviour is observed then Xtreme Karting reserves the right to cancel the event booking without refund and close the room
  • Drinks are not included, but may be purchased at reception.
