T+C – Booking at Xtreme Karting

Before You Arrive

• All sessions or events must be pre-booked online before arrival.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start times. Late arrivals may miss their session or have reduced time, with no refund.
• After booking please ensure you check the confirmation email carefully for any errors or session terms eg checking date / time / session type and any age or height limits.
• if Age and height limits apply, these will be strictly enforced. Valid ID may be required. No refunds if requirements are not met.
• If unsure about height/fit, we recommend visiting beforehand. Height/weight limits may apply depending on location and kart type.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
• Dress appropriately: trainers required (no open-toe shoes). Tie long hair back.
• Personal equipment is allowed if safe and approved. No cameras or helmet mounts permitted.
• Spectators may be limited (typically max 2 per group).

Payments

• All bookings must be completed online. In-centre payments are card only.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if payment terms are not met.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours notice: full refund or credit.
• 6–24 hours notice: credit only.
• Less than 6 hours: no refund or reschedule regardless of circumstances.
• This policy is strictly enforced.

General Rules

• Management may refuse or stop participation for safety reasons without refund.

• Abusive, unsafe or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
• No alcohol or drugs before or during activities.

Karting Rules

• Drivers must meet age, height and weight requirements.
• Junior height limits apply (Edinburgh 1.5m / Falkirk 1.27m).
• Flat-soled shoes must be worn.
• Safety briefing is mandatory for all drivers.
• Not suitable for those with certain medical conditions (seek advice if unsure).
• Alcohol or drugs must not, under any circumstances, be consumed before or during the event. Persons suspected to be under the influence of drink or drugs will not be permitted to drive and no refund issued/liability for expenses.

Combat Rules

• Minimum ages apply (6+ Combat, 14+ Tactical).
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult on site.
• Appropriate clothing and footwear required – it is outdoors so please dress appropriately
• Safety briefing is mandatory.
• Unsafe behaviour or ignoring instructions will result in removal without refund.

Catering

• No outside food/drink for karting events.
• Combat events may bring food only when a party cabin is booked.

Gift Vouchers

• E-vouchers available online and are non-refundable.
• Valid for 24 months from date of issue.
• Can be used for Karting or Combat activities.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
