Following a mystery shopper visit, examining the overall visitor experience at Xtreme Karting we were awarded the highest 5 star grading which demonstrates an EXCEPTIONAL experience!
The mystery shopper visit examines everything, including pre-arrival information, booking procedures, welcome on arrival, customer service, standard of facilities/equipment and overall quality of activity experience!
