All prebooked sessions can be rescheduled or refunded up to 24 hours in advance of the booking, after this point sessions can still be rescheduled as long as we have a minimum of 4 hours notice before the session time.
Please note that some exclusive events may have a minimum number required for exclusive use of the track, we would not be able to reduce numbers below this requirement although alternative formats may be available – please contact us to discuss options.
