We are happy to confirm that all prebooked sessions can be rescheduled or refunded up to 24 hours in advance of the booking, after this point the event can be rescheduled as long as we have a minimum of 6 hours notice. We believe this policy to be very fair, and is strictly enforced. NB Age / Height limits are strictly enforced.
Hygiene Pack : All customers racing at XK must wear a hygiene pack (balaclavas and gloves), available for pre-purchase online at a discounted price of £3pp (£4pp if purchased in centre). If you already previously purchased a hygiene pack please reuse!
