Celebrating achieving being rated 5 stars by Visit Scotland again!
Our Falkirk centre, the first in Scotland to be rated 5 stars, was anonymously visited by a Visit Scotland quality assurance inspector last week!
We received confirmation today that we achieved the 5 star standard!! Despite the more stringent scoring methods in place this year we scored a fantastic 100% in “Hospitality and friendliness” section, a significant element of the 5 star experience – well done team!
