Xtremely proud to announce we are still 5 star!

Celebrating achieving being rated 5 stars by Visit Scotland again!
Our Falkirk centre, the first in Scotland to be rated 5 stars, was anonymously visited by a Visit Scotland quality assurance inspector last week!
We received confirmation today that we achieved the 5 star standard!! Despite the more stringent scoring methods in place this year we scored a fantastic 100% in “Hospitality and friendliness” section, a significant element of the 5 star experience – well done team!

Feedback from our Family Sessions has been absolutely fantastic, with greater availability being requested !

So… Family sessions are now available both on a first come first served basis as well as by prebooking (we have increased the number of Family Sessions available! Remember you save £2.00 pp by prebooking!)
