Salary Band £Min wage plus depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting customers, managing Gameover reception area, delivering briefings in a fun character filled way, running escape games / interacting with customers in character to deliver a fun filled challenging experience, congratulating the successful / commiserating with those unsuccessful and ensuring a fun experience!
Role play skills required, as gamesmaster get practicing your “Wizarding” or “Spy HQ” communication skills so you can help us deliver a 5 star escape room experience!
Key skills: Excellent customer / sales service / communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, an outgoing personality, great teamworker, PC skills.
Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx 8-12 hrs per week at our Edinburgh centre. The role will involve flexible shift patterns (we need flexibility especially at present!) with shifts predominantly at weekends, and 10pm finishes likely. Before applying please ensure that these shift patterns would not cause an issue.
