Salary Band £Min wage plus depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting customers, managing reception area, answering telephone enquiries, general sales, admin, booking confirmations, catering preparation and centre cleaning.
Key skills: Excellent customer / sales service / communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, an outgoing personality, great teamworker, PC skills.
Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx 8-12 hrs per week at our Edinburgh centre however as stated above flexibility will be required to allow cover at our Larbert centre if needed, so please ensure you have considered how you will travel to each centre before applying! The role will involve flexible shift patterns (we need flexibility especially at present!) with shifts predominantly at weekends, and 10pm finishes likely.
