Salary Band £Min wage plus depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting customers, managing reception area, answering telephone enquiries, general sales, admin, booking confirmations, catering preparation and centre cleaning.
Key skills: Excellent customer / sales service / communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, an outgoing personality, great teamworker, PC skills.
Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx 35 -37.5 hrs per week at our Larbert centre however as stated above flexibility will be required to allow cover at our Newbridge centre if needed, so please ensure you have considered how you will travel to each centre before applying! The role will involve flexible shift patterns, so this role will require working 5 days out of 7 with one day at a weekend normal.
